At Howliday Inn, every collar and accessory is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because each item is individually crafted, please allow a little extra time for us to create your order just for you.

Processing Time

All items are handmade and will be shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping: $5.99

• FREE shipping on orders totaling $40 or more before shipping and applicable taxes.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the order. If additional time is needed, we will communicate this with you before completing your order.

How to Choose the Right Bandana Size

The easiest way to check your fit is the collar hole test — see which size hole your dog's collar can pass through:

• XS – Collar fits through a 1" hole

• Small – Collar fits through a 1¾" hole

• Medium – Collar fits through a 2" hole

• Large/XL – Collar fits through a 2½" hole

Simply take your dog's current collar and test it against these hole sizes to find your perfect match. If your collar fits through more than one size, choose the smaller size for a snugger look or the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

At Howliday Inn, every collar and accessory is handmade with care. We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase!

🐾 Collar Breaks or Malfunctions

If your collar breaks or malfunctions, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, send you a replacement collar at no additional cost.

Please contact us with a description of the issue and, when possible, include a photo of the collar.

📏 Collar Is Too Small

We understand that getting the right size can sometimes be tricky.

If your collar is too small, we will accept a return within 14 days of the date you received the product.

The collar must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Once the returned collar is received and inspected, we will work with you on a replacement or other available resolution.

Please note: Because our collars are handmade and made specifically to order, accurate measurements are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend measuring your dog's neck carefully before placing your order.

🚫 General Returns

Because our products are handmade and many are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind or for customized color choices.
