At Howliday Inn, every collar and accessory is handmade with care. We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase!

🐾 Collar Breaks or Malfunctions

If your collar breaks or malfunctions, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, send you a replacement collar at no additional cost.

Please contact us with a description of the issue and, when possible, include a photo of the collar.

📏 Collar Is Too Small

We understand that getting the right size can sometimes be tricky.

If your collar is too small, we will accept a return within 14 days of the date you received the product.

The collar must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Once the returned collar is received and inspected, we will work with you on a replacement or other available resolution.

Please note: Because our collars are handmade and made specifically to order, accurate measurements are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend measuring your dog's neck carefully before placing your order.

Because our products are handmade and many are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind or for customized color choices.

Processing Time

All items are handmade and will be shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping: $5.99

• FREE shipping on orders totaling $40 or more before shipping and applicable taxes.

🐾 How to Measure Your Dog's Neck

Getting the right fit is important for your pup's comfort and safety! Please follow these simple steps before ordering your collar.

1. Use a soft measuring tapeWrap the tape around the middle of your dog's neck, where the collar will naturally sit.

2. Keep it snug, but not tightThe tape should fit comfortably against your dog's neck without squeezing. You should be able to comfortably slide two fingers between the tape and your dog's neck.

3. Record the measurement in inchesDo not add extra inches to your measurement—we will use the measurement you provide to determine the appropriate collar size.

4. Double-check your measurementFor the best fit, measure your dog's neck 2–3 times to make sure you get an accurate measurement.
